Dear all, we would like to inform you that the technological process of Zakład Usług Technicznych ELSERW as of 01/12/2023 has been officially taken over by PPHU TOM-FOL SERVIS and thus the owner of the technology has changed.
01
The deioniser is designed to remove electrostatic charges from materials such as fabrics, knitwear, yarns, paper and films of various types. In order to streamline the production process or improve user comfort.
02
Electrodes up to a total of 2,400 mm can be supplied from a single power supply with a high-voltage cable length of no more than 1,500 mm. However, the best results are obtained for electrodes up to 2000 mm. The power supply for the TZWN-07 should be made so that voltage is only applied when the machine is in motion.
03
The electrode is placed directly in front of the area where the electrostatic charge is to be removed. The deionising blade electrode JO-96 should be mounted at a distance of 3 to 20 mm from the moving deionised material (optimally 5 mm).
The zero terminal of the power supply and the outer metal part of the deionising electrode should be on the zeroed or earthed body of the machine. Care should be taken here that the resistance of the power supply electrode connection does not exceed 3 ohms. If the resistance exceeds this value, an additional connection with a separate ground wire should be used.
Power supplies available in stock.
The electrodes are made to individual orders with an active length marked l on the sketch between 100 and 1400 millimetres. When working with the TZWM-07 power supply, it is recommended to use electrodes no longer than 2400 millimetres in total and a high-voltage cable no longer than 1500 millimetres.
The JO-96 blade electrode is manufactured in two versions:

The deionisation kit is not intended for use with flammable materials.
"Very reliable company everything on time very good contact with the owner. Provides free assistance even after the warranty period. I highly recommend and will definitely use in the future."
"I recommend !!! We have been working on P. Tomek's machines for more than 3 years. We have no major problems.Normal operating issues. In emergency situations the contact with Mr. Tomek is perfect. I recommend the company TOM-FOL Servis."
